Itinerary

Day 1 - 30th Dec 2019 Camp Arrival and River Side Visit

Camp arrival and Check in at 12:00Pm. Welcome drink non alcoholic. Allocation of camp by camp manager.

Afternoon at 1:00 Pm lunch will be ready, Have your hot lunch at the dining area in buffet system.After this enjoy some In house games .

After darkness, Bonfire, Veg/Non-vegsnacks with DJ music. Dinner will be ready at 9:00 pm. Have dinner and overnight camps stay.

Day 2 - 31th Dec 2019 Rafting, DJ Night, Cake cutting Ceremony & Firecrackers

Breakfast will be ready at 9:00 am.

Lunch will ready 01:00Pm. After lunch get ready for Waterfall /River side trekking near to camp. Evening back to camp have tea. 31st Evening- After darkness, Bonfire, Veg & non veg snacks (2+2), Soda soft drinks with DJ music. We will celebrate New Year with cake & fire crackers at midnight.

Dinner will be ready at 09:00 pm. Have dinner and overnight camps stay.

Day 3 - 1st Jan 2020 Nature walk & Departure

Next day after morning tea take a nature walk near by the camp. Have breakfast fast at 8:30AM & departure from camp.

Day01 (30 Dec): Camp Arrival and River Side Visit

Morning/Afternoon arrival at Camping site. Have your welcome drink (hot/cold) non-alcoholic. Check-in at allotted camps. After rest have your hot delicious lunch at the valley view dining area.

At evening you can go for river sidewalk. You can also bath into the river Hueal or can enjoy other indoor and outdoor games and activites in camp area.

Evening return back to camp enjoy Bonfire with music and have some snacks. After dinner overnight stay at campsite.

Day02 (31 Dec): New Year Celebration

Breakfast will be ready at 09:00 am. After breakfast go for Indoor/Outdoor activity. Lunch will ready 01:30 pm. After lunch get ready for Waterfall /River side self trekking near to camp. Evening back to camp have tea. After darkness gets ready for “NEW YEAR CELEBRATION” with Bonfire, Outdoor DJ, Veg & Non-Veg Snacks and Gala Dinner. Overnight stay at Rishikesh Camp.

Day03 (01 Jan): Nature walk & Departure

The next day after morning tea takes a nature walk nearby the camp. Have breakfast at 8:30 AM & departure from camp.

Tour terminate with sweet memories.

  • Step 1: Call or message & ask the avaliblity of the choosen camp.
  • Step 2: To make the booking deposite minimum 30% per per person as an advance, rest amount need to be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Step 3: All major online payment options are available.
  • Step 4: Once the payment is done, we'll mail you all the details (address, contact person, location etc) with in 24hrs of booking.

    Kids below 5 years are compementry.

    Kids 6-9 years would be charged 50% of above price.

    Kids are not allowed for rafting

Cancellation 30 days before check-in: 100% refund.

Cancellation between 20-30 days before check-in: 50% refund of total bill.

Any cancellation between 10-20 days before check-in:30% refund of total bill.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 bussiness days.

No refund in case of any natural calamities.

No Show No refund.

   No Fire inside a Camp.

   Camping is basic in nature. One must not expect luxuries.

   Do not carry drugs/weapons/firearms/jewellery and valuables with you. Camp does not have locker facilities.

   Drive or take Public transport with the help of camp and reach rafting starting location on your own.No rebate for meals and activities not consumed/availed. No Transport included.

   Bonfire is common for everyone.

   Rafting is not provided to children below 14 years.

   You can carry your mobile phones/cameras as guides have a dry bag while rafting (no guarantee will be taken).

   Use dustbins/dumpsters.

   Guest need valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

   No refund will be processed if the Adventures/Activities are cancelled due to Act of God or bad weather conditions.

   During trip kindly take care of your personal belonging your self, Go Green adventure & our vendors will not be responsible for the same.
